TAKING CARE OF PARENTS
From parenting to health, we discuss child psychology, child development, wellness and nutrition to find the solutions just for you!
ABOUT TAKING CARE OF PARENTS
Welcome to Taking Care of Parents, a collaboration between The Little Psychology Company and Leap Health. Together we deliver workshops that are honest about parenting and where you can hopefully pick up some tips about how to look after yourself as a parent and how to manage our little (or not so little ones) at home.
Dr Samantha Weld-Blundell will be discussing child psychology, child development, emotions, behaviour and how we can better understand our children and therefore better manage and support them.
Anna Reddy will be delving into parent and family nutrition, fitness, routine, hormone health and what we, as parents, can do to feel better.
